Guaro is a pretty white village approximately 20 minutes drive from Marbella which was known for its almond production and every spring the countryside is a sea of pink blossom. Due to its Arabic history the village celebrates La Luna Mora every year where the are arts and crafts stalls and the village turns all the lights off and is illuminated by over 20,000 candles. The area is very popular for hiking and other outdoor adventure activities.
