This is an extremely well laid out apartment right next to the commercial centre Miramar.

It&&039;s two bedrooms are not sharing any walls, in fact the two bathrooms go between them.  Both have access to outdoor spaces.  The master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, goes out to the huge 40m² terrace which is south-east facing and provides sunshine in the first half of the day.  The smaller bedroom goes out the a private patio on the opposite side, which enjoys sun in the afternoon.  Also the kitchen is on this side.  

The spacious living room is connected to the large terrace, of course, which makes a fabulous extension of the living space.  It is partially shaded, so you can enjoy it winter or summer just as much, have a barbeque or just let your children or pets run around.  This is a perfect apartment for families with small children, especially that the compound has really large gardens and a big gated pool.

The entire compound is also entirely gated, with access only by security doors or the underground garage.  The parking spaces are allocated, spacious, easy to manouver in or out, and there is a storage space at the back of every one.  Access to the apartment by lift.  It just can&&039;t be easier.

This is an extremely quiet area and yet it is no more than 9 minutes walking to the beach (wide and sandy), the castle area with its concerts and water sports, and even closer to a childrens park, a skate park, or a river with a bicycle path alongside it.  It is 20 minute walk to the old part of town with it&&039;s miltitude of bars and restaurants, as well as cliniques, beauty parlors, banks, and other businesses.  And all of this is on totally flat ground.

And last but not least, the apartment is exactly a 30 minute walk to the train station, from which one can take a train directly to the airport (33 minute ride) or any of the coastal towns between Fuengirola and Malaga itself.
