It is an isolated single-family house with a ground floor + upper floor + basement.  The house is located in the intermediate-northern part of the plot.  The topography of the plot is slightly inclined, being towards the South.  The road access to the plot is made from the road located to the North, giving direct access to the parking lots on the exterior ground floor level on one side of the house.  The plot is accessed by pedestrians from the same road and from here you access the main entrance of the house located to the North, passing through a garden area.  Upon accessing it, we reach the double-height hall that visually connects with the pool area.  From the hall we have a connection to a bedroom and a bathroom to the East, to the living room-kitchen to the South and to the stairs area to the West.  On the ground floor we find the kitchen, which is connected to the living-dining room that gives access to the outdoor pool area and gardens to the south.  The lounge area is facing south.  On the east side, accessed from the hall, we have a bathroom and a double bedroom.  Already on the top floor, we find a gallery in the double height of the hall that leads to two bedrooms.  It consists of a double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom on the West side and another double bedroom with a bathroom on the East side.  From the upper floor there is access via an external staircase to the solarium floor.  A part of said solarium floor will be used to locate the machinery of the facilities.  In the basement, we find a multipurpose room-store and a bathroom.  Access to the multipurpose room-store is from the main staircase.  This room is ventilated by two English patios.  In the outdoor garden areas, facing South, there is a swimming pool, terrace and garden area.  The characteristic use of the building is that of a single-family residential.
