Charming villa located in Cerros del Aguila

This villa has a very unique layout that you must see for yourself.  Distributed over two floors, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Coming through the electric gates, you'll see your own private parking space as well as a small terrace leading you to the entrance.  

You enter the villa on the ground floor.  Here you will find 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a spacious half-open kitchen layout with a breakfast area, a living room and a dining area with access to the first terrace.  

Going down to the floor below, you have to go outside onto the terrace and take the stairs down to a plate, where you'll find the second terrace.  From there, you go further down the stairs where you'll see the third terrace which is covered.  

From the terrace, you go directly into the kitchen.  From there you walk through a wide hall, which is currently being used as an office, and into a lounge/living area.  In here you have a walk-in closet.

From the lounge, you can go two ways, up a few stairs and enter what is currently a bar area (from where you can go further into a small workshop), or you can enter the bedroom.  The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well as access to the third terrace.

There is a staircase on the side of the house, that leads down to the floor below.  This makes this villa the perfect "sharing" villa as it can host two-generation families, or a larger friend group wanting to share a house without living side-by-side.

In the house, you'll find features such as a fireplace, hot and cold A/C and drinking water in the taps in the kitchen.

Outside in the garden, you can't miss seeing the pool.  It's 12 metres long, and 3 metres wide which gives you the opportunity to swim a distance without having to stop all the time.  The water in the pool is saltwater which is regulated from the maintenance room below the pool.  

On the opposite side of the stairs that lead down the the lower floor, you will find your own small fruit tree plantation which includes tree varieties like; avocado, mango, orange, lemon, lime and peach.
