This is an extremely quiet area and yet it is no more than 9 minutes walking to the beach (wide and sandy), the castle area with its concerts and water sports, and even closer to a childrens park, a skate park, or a river with a bicycle path alongside it.  It is 20 minute walk to the old part of town with it&&039;s miltitude of bars and restaurants, as well as cliniques, beauty parlors, banks, and other businesses.  And all of this is on totally flat ground.

And last but not least, the apartment is exactly a 30 minute walk to the train station, from which one can take a train directly to the airport (33 minute ride) or any of the coastal towns between Fuengirola and Malaga itself.
